Download Mental Canvas Draw on iOS or Windows and sign in, if you don't already have it installed on your device. Then you can upgrade in the app following the steps above. Open the main menu and select "upgrade" and then tap on the one-time purchase option to buy through the store.

No, this Creator version is only accessible on the platform from which you purchased it. The Pro subscription plans do enable you to use the software on multiple devices.

There is no need to delete and reinstall, it should update automatically. If it does not, please reach out to us at support@mentalcanvas.com.

Note: if you are on an iPad and delete the app, it will also delete the Mental Canvas folder. Before deleting, move any MCS files you have in that folder to another folder on your iPad to ensure they will be saved.

Publishing to web enables you to share your Mental Canvas scenes online with our interactive web player. Anyone with the link, on any device, can open your scene. Viewers can play through your bookmark path and interactively explore the scene.

Web scenes published with the "Creator" version will go into a public gallery to showcase the incredible work of the Mental Canvas community. If you choose not to publish your scenes, they will remain private to you.

Yes, you can update the web scene any time.

When you publish to web, it will generate a URL with your interactive Mental Canvas scene. You can publish a new scene whenever you'd like and it will replace the original.
