The Brief: Comics & Graphic Novels

This mini challenge has now closed. Here was the original brief:

For this mini challenge, we're partnering up with comic artist Rina Piccolo! “Mental Canvas is a gamechanger for interactive storytelling with comics” - Rina.  Rina is a syndicated cartoonist, writer, author, collaborator on Rhymes With Orange Comics and Mental Canvas aficionado. 

This week, we’re asking you to reimagine a comic or graphic novel page as an immersive Mental Canvas scene.  Feel free to pick a subject of your choice: humor, social commentary, autobiographical or wherever your imagination takes you.

How to enter:
1. Create a Mental Canvas scene comprised of one or more original panels (or your interpretation of a "panel") in the style of a comic or graphic novel page
2. Post it on Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, Facebook or Twitter on a public profile. The Mental Canvas watermark must be visible 🖼️
3. Tag Mental Canvas and include two hashtags: #ReimagineDrawingChallenge and #MiniChallenge3
4. Be sure you’re registered for the challenge! (you only need to register once) 
5. Submit by midnight ET on Thursday, August 26th

Submit as many entries as you'd like!

The winner will be announced on August 30th and receive $250 USD.
